How to engage Sterling & Sterling
Every client relationship at Sterling & Sterling begins with a single introductory conversation — typically ninety minutes, held either at our Strada Nicolae Bălcescu office in central Sibiu or by secure video call for clients based elsewhere in Romania or the EU. There is no fee for the introductory meeting and no obligation to proceed. We use that conversation to understand your situation, explain our methodology, and determine whether we are genuinely the right fit for your needs. If we are, we will outline a proposed scope of engagement and a transparent fee structure before any agreement is signed. We respond to all written enquiries within one business day.

Strada Nicolae Bălcescu 14, Sibiu 550012, România. We are located on the first floor of a historic building in Sibiu's central district, a short walk from Piața Mare. Parking is available on Strada Tribunei. Office hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:30, Friday 09:00–16:00.

Before you write to us
Do I need to prepare anything for the introductory meeting?
No formal preparation is required. A rough sense of your overall asset picture — property, investments, pension, business interests — is helpful context, but we do not ask for statements or documentation at the first meeting. That comes later, if you decide to proceed.
Is the introductory meeting genuinely free?
Yes. Sterling & Sterling does not charge for introductory consultations. We invest the time because we know that long-term client relationships begin with the right foundation, and that foundation requires an honest conversation before any fee is agreed.
Can we meet by video call if I am not based in Sibiu?
Absolutely. We work with clients across Romania and the broader EU. Introductory and review meetings are routinely conducted via secure encrypted video call. If you subsequently wish to visit the Sibiu office, you are always welcome.
